All About Bees

Bees are amazing insects! They live in a colony called a hive. Inside the hive, thousands of bees work together. Some bees fly out to collect nectar and pollen from flowers. Nectar is a sweet liquid that bees turn into honey. Pollen is like dust that helps plants make new seeds. When a bee finds a good flower, it does a special 'waggle dance' to tell other bees where to go. Bees are very important because they help pollinate plants, which means they help fruits and vegetables grow.
